What are the Sizes of A4, A5 and A3?
The sizes in inches are as follow:
A4 = 8.3x11.7
A5 = 5.8x8.3
A3 = 11.7x16.5
Do I need the fonts for the editable items?
No all fonts are included and are uploaded on to corjl.
How do I receive my editable item?
You will receive an email from corjl with a link to your order. Please keep an eye out for it in your spam folder as it might go into there.
It will be sent to the email that is associated with your Etsy account.
Can I demo the editable items before purchase?
Yes in each listing that is editable there is a demo link which you can copy and paste and it will take you to the demo version of that item for you to test out.
How long do I have access to the editable item?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase, but if you do need longer after purchase, please let us know and we can certainly change it to give you more time.
What is your return policy?
On digital files or personalised items we are sorry to say we do not offer refunds unless there is a genuine fault with item.
We do not refund on items if you can't print them.
Can we pay by apple pay?
Yes you can pay by apple pay, but before you do so if you are purchasing a digital file, please make sure you have set up your etsy account properly with a password as you will need to be able to download the files from the website version of etsy and the not the etsy app.
If you are purchasing a editable item please leave a different email address in checkout as corjl for some reason can't send to @privaterelay.appleid.com email address. You will need to then wait for us to make the change within corjl.
How do i download my digital files?
You can download the files within etsy in your purchases, You will need to download them from the website version of etsy.
The etsy app doesnt allow you to download files from etsy, you will require the website version.
Please make sure you are able to unzip the files, as all files are zipped.
