Note that we make any promises for a customer to receive an item by a certain time. This customer chose 1st Class Shipping so this means that she would get her order whenever the post office drops it, BUT had she chose Priority Mail, she would have gotten her pkg, MUCH sooner in fact she would have gotten it in 2-3 days. Also note that this customer NEVER made contact with me to ask what would be the quickest way for her to get her order. No hard feelings, just next time I would strongly recommend that if she wants her order quicker that she do not choose the cheapest way,but the fastest way with either the USPS Priority or an Express or Overnight option.
