Poor quality image, looks nothing like the picture on the advert. Seller initially tried to help but for whatever reason couldn’t fix the quality and you can’t read the flavours. But as it’s a down load image no refund available. Feel that’s unfair when she’s not supplying what she’s actually advertising, even after sending her pictures of the files she’s sent.

I’m really sorry this didn’t meet your expectations. I always aim to make sure every customer is happy, which is why I offered support straight away — including re-sending the file, giving printing advice, and even printing it myself to double-check the quality. The design was exactly as shown in the listing and formatted for A4 printing. It printed clearly on my end, but I completely understand that printer settings and paper types can sometimes affect the outcome. As a small shop just starting out, I genuinely appreciate all feedback — even the tough ones — and I’m always learning and improving. Wishing you all the best 💛
