We believe a cross-stitch pattern should be more than a beautiful picture on a screen. It should actually work when you put needle and thread to fabric.
That's why every pattern in our shop goes through a real creative and testing process before we publish it.
We start with an idea.
Then we draw and develop the design ourselves, carefully thinking about the shape, details, proportions, colors, and how the finished stitches should look.
Once the design is ready, we convert it into a proper cross-stitch chart using dedicated cross-stitch software. But we don't stop there.
We stitch our patterns ourselves.
This is one of the most important parts of our process.
After creating the chart, we generate the pattern files and PDF, then actually take the pattern to fabric and stitch it. This allows us to see the design the way you will see it — one stitch at a time, on real fabric.
During testing, we check the chart, colors, symbols, stitch placement, details, and overall result. If something doesn't look right or doesn't work properly, we go back, correct it, and test it again.
Only after we're satisfied with the finished stitched result do we prepare the final files and publish the pattern in our shop.
Why do we do all of this?
Because we know how frustrating it can be to purchase a cross-stitch pattern that looks beautiful in a listing preview but doesn't translate properly into a real stitching project.
Beautiful mockups are important — but the real test is always the needle, thread, and fabric.
With the growing number of automatically generated and untested designs available online, we believe buyers deserve to know how a pattern was made and whether someone has actually tried stitching it.
We're not here to sell you a picture and hope it works.
We're here to create patterns that we would be happy to stitch ourselves.
Every design begins as our idea, goes through our design process, becomes a real cross-stitch chart, and is tested through actual stitching before it reaches our shop.

If you discover an error or an issue that we've missed, we'll do everything we can to correct it and make things right. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide a 100% refund.
