The megaphone and initial are the Perfect size for a young lady of 8 years. The megaphone and initial are of great quality and the chain in the necklace is a perfect millimeter. The shipment arrived in a timely matter(quicker than I expected). I have not nor I need to use customer service but the fact that I have received numerous inquiries about my necklace tells me Uniquely Birr (Megan) cares very much about providing quality merchandise and making sure her customers are happy.
