Sadly, I do not provide either. All items, excluding stickers, are handcrafted and made to order and cannot be returned or refunded. BUT if a piece arrives broken or for whatever reason breaks within the first week you receive it PLEASE message me ASAP with a photo of the damaged piece and I’ll make and send you a replacement ASAP and free of charge ❤️

All clay pieces are made from air dry clay, painted with acrylic paint, and sealed with uv resin. They are water resistant to an extent and are delicate, so please be careful with them ❤️❤️❤️
