This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services. This applies to echogenfx only and not the third-party payment providers who manage card processing facilities or other third-party services like Etsy itself. We receive, collect, and store any information you provide. In addition, we collect your email address and purchase history with our echogenfx Etsy store. We also collect personally identifiable information including your name, communications, comments, feedback, and product reviews.
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.
