Custom and personalized orders
All of my orders are custom and hand made in the USA. Color, font, and fabric charts can be found by scrolling through photos on all listings.
Please add the following details for your order:
* Name, monogram, or initials
* Font
* Appliqué color for the inside of the letters
* Thread color for outline of letters
* Trim color for around pillow
Select pillow fabric, size, and with or without pillow insert.
For traditional monograms the last name initial is larger and goes in the middle.
For initials that go straight across all the same height, they are first, middle, last.
The longer the name, the taller and skinnier the letters get.
Sizing details
Each pillow cover is made to fit the actual size of the insert. If you buy a 12 x 16 cover, it will fit a 12 x 16 insert.
Care instructions
I do not suggest washing pillows in the washer. I would spot clean them, air dry. Pillows with appliqués may bleed if washed.

What is your turnaround time?
It changes depending on demand. See my announcements for current turnaround time. Expedited orders are sometimes available for an additional fee. Please message before placing an expedited order.
Do I sell the blue and white pillows in my examples?
I did. However, the fabric has been discontinued. I wish I could find more!
What is my package is lost?
If the USPS looses your package, a claim needs to be filed. Each pillow is insured. I cannot refund an order because someone tells me it was stolen. I need proof from the USPS of a missing package. Each package is tracked.
