stickers/prints will be sent untracked by default in a secure envelope to reduce shipping costs
orders containing buttons/keychains will be tracked by default and is the only shipping option available at this time

⚘ Stickers/Prints (untracked)
✩ AU regular letter: ~3-7 business days
✩ international economy air: +15 business days
(typically arrives in 2 weeks for US/UK, but please allow anywhere between 2-6 weeks delivery time)
⚘ Buttons/Keychains (tracked)
✩ AU parcel post: ~2-6 business days
✩ international standard: ~5-25 business days, depending on location

⚘ Processing times
2-4 business days (unless stated otherwise), I often ship in batches during the week. I process orders Mon-Fri due to my schedule and post office hours. please note that I do not work on orders on weekends, thank you for your understanding
⚘ Are your stickers handmade?
yup! I print, laminate, and cut all my stickers. since they’re handmade I put a lot of care into ensuring they’re the best quality they can be and test them myself. I do quality checks before packing them
however, because I pack and ship orders myself, there may be times I miss a mistake due to time constraints or general tiredness. if I happen to have sent a sticker with an error, please feel free to let me know and I’ll sort something out with you :-)
⚘ Sticker care
the stickers are water resistant but not weatherproof, so prolonged exposure to the outdoors is not advised. for the best adhesion please place stickers onto clean surfaces free from dust or oil. for washing (e.g. drink bottles), gentle hand wash is recommended since I haven’t tested if they’re dishwasher safe
⚘ Restocks
I give updates on restocks in my announcements and item descriptions, but I try to restock sold out items by the next month if I can. I restock stickers whenever I have the time to make them. if I have not restocked an item you would like, feel free to ask me about it
