Biothane is strong, durable, waterproof, odorproof, and has a luxurious, leather-like feel. Your dog deserves it!

Collars are made with standard biothane- .100" thick with a breaking strength of over 600 lbs. Our hardware on this style is plated nickel and plated brass (buckle is plated, d-rings, loops, and screws are solid brass). For water use, please select brass hardware. Nickel hardware can rust and tarnish over time. Due to the nature of the black coated hardware, it may scratch and wear down to the original color over time. Don't let this deter you, it's still my favorite option! 🖤

Also note that the material does develop a slight crease where the slide adjustment lays. I will size it to the measurement left in the personalization box to hopefully avoid any visible creases while on your dog.
