COLOR WARNING
Be aware that monitor types vary in how well they can display color and graphics. Individual monitor settings such as brightness, contrast, frequency, temperature, etc. will also affect your color accuracy. Yes, Once we receive your artwork we will set it up and email it to the email address associated with your Etsy account for proof approval. We will not go to production without your approval.In the event we do not hear back from you by 4pm Eastern Standard Time the following BUSINESS DAY*, production will be delayed and we will not be able to honor the published ship by date. If you are unable to approve the proof by the deadline, production and shipping fees may be necessary to ensure your requested delivery date. For every BUSINESS DAY past your proof approval deadline, your delivery date will be one BUSINESS DAY later than requested.

Please ensure you follow our art guidelines. Just Sticker buttons are not responsible for pixelated files, small/blurry type, duplicate orders, color variances within four-color (CMYK) standards, disregard for bleed, and die-cut areas.

Our stickers are made of high-quality 3.4 Mil, 5-year vinyl (not paper), with clear permanent adhesive, and are scratch-resistant, meaning you don’t have to worry your wonderful graphic will be ruined by stray objects. If you plan on having your stickers displayed in an abrasive environment, talk to us about upgrading to premium. We can add an additional layer of protection with a UV laminate.

Made of at least 60% recycled American steel, our buttons feature a high gloss weather-resistant protective laminate, high-quality full-color digital printing, and locking spring back. All our buttons are 100% recyclable. 100% USA-made and sourced.

We always work hard to ensure your custom items (once the proofs have been approved) are shipped in a timely manner. However, UPS and USPS are experiencing delays across their networks. Due to these delays, we are unable to GUARANTEE delivery by any specific date. No refunds will be given for items arriving later than expected.

Due to the nature of custom products we are unable to offer refunds which arrive later than the target in-hands date. Please allow ample time for delivery when ordering.

For our un-laminated stickers, their outdoor life is five (5) years. For our laminated stickers, their outdoor life is up to six (6) years. Indoors both options will practically last forever.

Our prices do NOT include design work. If you would like our graphic designer to create a design/brand/logo please contact us with specifics for your project and we can work up a quote for you.

Our economy stickers are rated to last up to three years outdoors, making them perfect for giveaways, product labels, band stickers, and any short to medium term projects.

EASY PEEL UPGRADES

Due to the nature of digital sticker printing our stickers DO NOT have a crack and peel back. If you find stickers without a crack

Due to the custom nature of our stickers, all orders are non-refundable/returnable.

If an error has been made by Just Stickers, we will re-run your order at no charge. Just Stickers will not re-run orders due to customer errors this includes but is not limited to, typos, spelling errors, misunderstanding of size, incorrect file submission in accordance with our art guidelines (see above) misunderstandings of turnaround time (including late proof approval) and undeliverable packages etc.

For Stickers:
Our sticker pricing includes one design per order. If you would like to split your sticker order up there will a fee of $5 per additional design.

For Buttons:
Out button pricing includes up to three designs per order. If you would like to split your button order up between more than four designs, there will be a $5 fee per design.
