Totally Normal Fun began as a favor to a friend who wanted to vend at a kinky event but had no kinky merchandise. “You could make something”, she said in a pleading voice. “You're so creative”.
Never one to back away from a challenge I got right to work. I needed to as I only had about one month to create something to sell. I started with paddles, floggers, and pasties. Little did I know the making would be the easy part. Choosing a name was the real challenge.
I had no identity in this world, and after researching others who made similar items, I found lots of black and red surrounding dark, dangerous, and ominous names. They were all enticing but none of them were me. Sexual expression in my word, is joyous, exciting, adventurous, often silly, full of strong sensation, and most importantly..............normal.
Don't get me wrong, I love dark and twisty......... Does it sound absolutely crazy, sign me up.....................F#%@ed up, you bet! But that just means I’m curious and fun. No matter what it looks like on the outside, on the inside it's based in care, love, respect and making a connection. Wow is this getting mushy lol!!!
Long story long, I came up with the name Totally Normal Fun because that’s what all adult, consensual, sexuality is. I love running this Business. Totally Normal fun allows me to make beautiful, creative and interactive pieces of art for people to enjoy and explore their sexuality with. Plus, I get to meet fantastic people and sell things that have a real impact... in more ways than one.
