Your right to cancel starts the moment you receive the product. You have 14 days to tell me you want to cancel and then a further 14 days to return the products. You are covering the costs of returning the products unless you receive them broken or damaged.

The cooling-off period does not apply to any personalised/customised items unless you receive them broken or damaged.
Customized items: all the rings as they are size specific.
Personalized items: any jewellery with text/word(s) I received from you to write on particular piece.
