The quality of the blanket itself is good, but unfortunately the embroidered personalization is not. You can see more than clearly and directly at first glance that embroidery has already started over the embroidered name (and not just a little). Unfortunately that's not nice. I've tried to reach them and clarify something through customer service, to no avail. My message was simply ignored - even after repeated reminders. A pity

Die Qualität der Decke ist an sich gut, aber die gestickte Personalisierung leider nicht. Man sieht mehr als deutlich und direkt auf den ersten Blick, dass über dem gestickten Namen schon mal angefangen wurde zu sticken (und das nicht gerade wenig). Das ist leider nicht schön. Ich habe versucht sie zu erreichen und etwas über den Kundenservice zu klären, leider erfolglos. Meine Nachricht wurde einfach ignoriert - auch nach mehrmaliger Erinnerung. Schade
