Each item listing contains a photo detailing body and garment measurements. Once you have taken your body measurements, find your size according to the “Body Measurements” chart. If a measurement is between two sizes, you can order a smaller size for a tighter fit or a larger size for a looser fit. We have also included a “Garment Measurement” chart with the actual product measurement so that you can determine the ease of each item.

For accurate measurements, measure yourself directly on your body, keeping the measure tape parallel to the floor and not too tight.

We are only using 100% stonewashed, softened OEKO TEX certified linen fabrics from various European producers. This certification ensures the fabric is free of any toxic substances that might be harmful to people or the environment.

When well cared for, linen becomes softer and better looking after each wash. Please keep in mind the following:
- Wash inside out by hand or in the machine on a gentle cycle
- Wash in cold or lukewarm water
- Use mild detergent only
- Do not use fabric softener or bleaching agents
- Hang or dry flat in open air or tumble dry on low heat only
- Do not iron if you wish to preserve linen’s natural wrinkles
- Iron on the reverse side on a low to medium setting for a more finished look
- Do not dry clean

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling

If you are not entirely satisfied with the items you purchased, we will offer you the option to return them. To initiate the return process, please email us within 14 days of receipt of your package with the items you intend to return. We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your return.
Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs taxes and fees of the returned items are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. Also, the original shipping cost, if any, is not refundable and will be deducted from the initial purchase amount.
Once we receive your package, we will issue the refund within 14 days to the same payment information used initially.
