*The engraving of the pendant is superficial (not deep) and permanent.

* The pendant (necklace) comes with a black, polyester choker (string) with a carbine fastening (the carbine and the metal parts on the choker are not made of steel !). The circumference of the choker is approximately 55 cm (= 21.653 in).

Maintenance: The pendant (necklace) is made of stainless steel and has no problem with moisture and water. However, the metal parts of the shocker are not made of steel and it is good to avoid getting them wet and exposed to moisture.

Shipping:

▶ We ship from Europe and the delivery time depends of your location.
▶ Please, double check your shipping details when placing an order to avoid logistic issues down the line.
▶ Every order has a tracking number. Please, check your tracking number when the estimated delivery time is approaching so that you do not miss the delivery of your order. If you missed the delivery your package may be at the local Post service. We are not responsible for unclaimed orders and missed deliveries.

Shipping options:

▶ Standard Shipping - A tracking number will be provided for orders placed with standard shipping. Packages will be delivered directly to the customer's post box or door.

▶ Recorded Delivery - This shipping option becomes available durring placement of an order. A tracking number will be provided for that order. The option for Recorded Delivery costs slightly more and can slow the delivery time a bit, but it is much safer and the package will be delivered only to the exact recipient. The signature of the recipient is required upon delivery. Upon choosing this shipping option, the customer must provide their full name (non fictional name) to avoid delivery issues.
Orders equal or over USD100 will automatically be shipped with the Recorded Delivery method.

Returning:

Due to the large distance, returns are not accepted.
