How long is despatch and delivery?

All our items are ready to ship. Australian delivery is generally between 1-3 days Standard and 3-10 days regular. International deliveries can be several weeks (regular) so if you need your item quickly it is always best to choose express shipping or ask us first. *Please contact your local Postal Service for delivery issues in your area. Please note in the rare event that your items becomes lost in transit, please contact us after 30 working days if the item is delivered overseas. At present all postal delays can't be investigated unless the delivery timeframe has has passed. We are unable to refund or send replacements out until the item is confirmed as lost.

Do You Accept Returns ?

We accept returns as long as the item is returned in its original and unused condition: items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Items cannot contain any damage, marks or scent such as perfume, detergent, fabric softener. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order was marked as shipped. All taxes and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the very rare event there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can quickly rectify any issues. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping costs are non refundable We are always happy to help in any way with sizing or colours.
