Size details of the tutu can be found in the product description of each item. Some listings will also have a size chart in the photo gallery.


We generally have a REG size which fits a UK8-16/US 6-12. Elasticated waists so super stretchy.

We can make tutus up in ANY SIZE. If it isn't listed, just send us a message and we can make one just for you.

All of our items are Made To Order, unless otherwise stated. Our turnaround times will change but you can always get an estimated delivery date via the listing.

If you are in a rush for your order please purchase the RUSH FEE listing or you can upgrade at the checkout. This can easily be found on our shop front, in the Rush Fee section or simply by searching for the 'Rush Fee' listing in our store.

We remind customers that it is their responsibility to place an order in time for their own event but we will try to help you as much as we can :)

Order 5 or more items in one transaction and you will get 10% off! If it doesn't do it automatically at the checkout, please let us know!

We ship UK orders by 1st Class, this is usually 1-2 days delivery once you get the dispatch email. If it has been longer than this please send a message and we can see if we can track it for you.

International orders can take anywhere from 4-9 working days once we ship it. We have no control over items once handed over to the shipping service. Make sure you check your tracking information which will be sent with your shipped email.

We only have access to the same information as you do with shipping, but we will try our best to help you as much as we can with any delayed parcels!

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If there is a genuine fault or an error on our part we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Contacting us with any problems must be done within 3 working days of receiving the order.

If you are sending an item back for a refund this must be shipped back to us within 7 days of ourselves confirming the return.
