We make all the dresses hand made. We can make some changes to the dress, just write us your wishes before ordering the dress and we'll write the extra payment.

For online orders we recommend choosing personal size (it won't change the price). It helps achieve best fit and minimize alterations that may be required. After you place an order we will send you the form and illustrated instructions on how to take the measurements. Please take into consideration the fact that while ordering dress in store it takes the tailor at least two fittings to provide the best result, but as you make the order online we perform it without a single fitting.

We use DHL express delivery for all the items. DHL shipments usually take from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on destination but the time can be increased in certain cases.

All photos in the listings are perfectly real - we advertise only our own dresses, designed and made by the Lily Marks team.

• Use special garment steamer to remove wrinkles and prepare the dress for the wedding day. Garment steamers can be found in many clothing sores and dry cleaners
• Do not iron the dress, it may damage delicate fabrics
• Professional dry cleaning only (choose cleaners who have experience with wedding dresses)
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Beads and other handmade ornaments may change color or fall apart if washed or treated with chemicals. Please avoid cleaning them, or do that at your own risk.
• Store the dress in a dry place, preferably in a protective bag or a box

• Refund of the standard size. We will refund the money. Delivery cost to both sides is on the customer (paid by the buyer). $150 is the cost of logistics. We will deduct this amount from the refund amount.

• Return of the personal size. Personal orders made based on measurements cannot be returned.

We do accept returns and exchanges on the following terms only:
1. Dresses are returnable unless were used or damaged
2. Unclaimed packages will be liquidated by DHL and won't be refunded
3. You have 14 days from delivery date to return the order

In any other case return, exchange and refund is unfortunately unavailable.
