Our inside ring engraving services are non-refundable. We will honour a refund for the ring itself but not the engraving fee.

Items will be deemed as nonreturnable if altered in any way by another jeweller. This will also void our complimentary resizing service.

We completely understand that sometimes a ring doesn't fit the way you expect it to. This is often due to the thickness or width of the particular ring. Re-sizing is sometimes necessary. We are more than happy to oblige and only ask that you cover the shipping costs. Pricing for any additional resizing or resizing after a year has passed will be determined on a case by case basis. Rest assured that we charge less for this service than most jewellery stores

1. We are professional jewellers and manufactures we check all our rings a few times before we ship.
2. We are not responsible if the ring size is too big or too small for you. ( Pleas feel free to contact to us, we will try to help you).
