Delivery area and deadlines
We deliver within Germany (D) as well as to other EU countries and Switzerland after prior consultation/agreement. (info@spanienladen.de)
Delivery times are not binding. Binding delivery dates require written confirmation to be effective.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button "Send order" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded with the delivery of the goods. If you do not receive a delivery from us within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound to your order.
Our online offer is subject to change. All prices are gross prices including the valid German statutory VAT.
The content of the contract is stored under the corresponding order number. You can track the status of your online order (new, confirmed, delivered or cancelled) at any time in our customer area (My Data). We always try to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
Article pictures and descriptions
Pictures are symbolic, the articles may vary in colour and finish, the quality is as described and always guaranteed.
Please note that all articles are handmade and therefore smaller colour/ and form deviations are possible and desired.
Shipping costs for Germany are shown in the respective order.
There is no minimum order value.
Shipping is done with German Parcel (GLS) and DHL.
Delivery and shipping information
We usually deliver within 1-2 weeks. With the payment method bank transfer (prepayment) the dispatch takes place after receipt of the invoice amount on our business account.
Should parts of your order not be available (e.g. article is out of stock, or only a successor product is available), we will inform you immediately.
Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany. Information about possible manufacturer warranties can be found in the product information.
5. right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of revocation,
- where you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and that the goods are delivered under a single delivery;
- at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods under a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last item, if you have ordered goods which are delivered in several partial consignments or items;
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing by e-mail

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments (value of goods) which we have received from you, except for the delivery costs (which are borne by the buyer himself), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of the proper return of the goods. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
Please note that the return delivery charges are to be borne by the purchaser if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. (Excluded are articles that differ slightly in shape and colour due to manual work, you will find corresponding information in the shop).
We may refuse refunds on goods that can be sent by parcel post until we have received these goods properly back or until you have provided proof that you have returned these goods, whichever is earlier.
We will collect the goods that cannot be sent by parcel post.
You have received the goods which can be sent by parcel post.
