This means we are limited on the amount of custom orders we can take on in order to ensure your order will be complete in adequate timing.

Items are considered custom if it is a new design or if there is any alteration needed to a listed design.

Please note - we will not copy or recreate other creatives works. If you see a design you love, please purchase from the original creator.

For digital invitations - you should receive and email from templett within 10 minutes of purchase. This email will be sent to the email associated with your Etsy account. The email will come from "Templett".

For custom orders - please allow up to 1 week for your first proof. Any revisions from your original proof will be sent to you no later than 24 business hours after adjustments are received and corrected

You will receive an email from ‘Templett’ shortly after your purchase. This email will contain a link to access your purchased product. This link will redirect you to the Templett website. If you have a Templett account, great you know what to do from here. If you do not have a Templett link, no worries! All you need to do is sign up (for FREE) for a Templett account. After you set your account up, you will be able to view, edit, and download your purchase! If you need additional help, please view the instruction guide available after purchase (the ‘View your digital files here’ link after your complete your purchase)

After purchase, you can view your instruction files. These take your through step by step on how to access, edit, and download your purchase. If you need additional help please reach out!
Every purchase includes a simple and straightforward user guide to help you edit your template and get it looking just the way you want. Each product listing explains what can be edited in each template.

Please remember that even though the these products are editable, certain aspects might not be editable. These typically include graphics and/or headings. If you have any questions about what is or is not editable, please refer to either the listing description pictures or shoot me a message!

**Please note, Templett access does expire after 3 months

Follow these easy steps:
1. Go to templett.com/design.
2. Enter the email address from the order and hit continue
3. Select "you don't have access to this email?" link. You might be asked to enter the Etsy order ID - this can be found on the order receipt in your Etsy purchases list.
4. Once you are logged in, you will be able to change your email address under user settings.

Since we have taken this project on we are very limited on the amount of custom orders we can currently take.

For best results, heavier (thicker) cardstock is best and we recommend 90 to 110lb cover stock (i.e. card stock). Most home printers should be able to manage at least 90lb card, but please check your printer's specification.

YES! You have access to hundreds of font and all fonts (within the editable area) are able to be changed, rearranged, and recolored!
