RECOMMENDED BOTTLE SHAPE
🍾 The wine label in portrait format with the dimensions 120 mm (height) x 90 mm (width) can be stuck on slim bottle shapes (so-called tall bottle variants) such as Bordeaux bottles, Burgundy bottles & other bottles with a more cylindrical body that has the same diameter from top to bottom and high shoulders.
🍾 Netti Li Jae® recommends glass wine bottles with a smooth surface. All labels are individually applied to a slightly larger backing paper, so that you can check whether it fits by placing the label on it beforehand.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOVAL OF OLD LABEL (IF DESIRED BUT NOT NECESSARY)
🍾 The highly opaque coating on the back of the Netti Li Jae® wine label allows existing labels to be covered opaquely. This makes it possible to re-label a wine label that fits the size WITHOUT having to remove the old label first.
🍾 Once you have found a suitable wine bottle for your label, FILL a large enough container with cold water so that the original label is submerged when you submerge the bottle.
🍾 ADD 1/4 cup baking soda to the water and stir the water to dissolve the baking soda. If you want to remove more than two bottles from the original label at the same time, add 3 tablespoons of baking soda for each additional bottle.
🍾 SOAK the label for approximately 30 minutes. If the label has not yet completely come off, Netti Li Jae® recommends carefully scraping the label off the bottle with a smooth object (e.g. the back of a knife or ceramic hob cleaner). If necessary, soak for another 30 minutes to 1 hour. If the adhesive is very strong, it should be possible to remove it by scrubbing with a sponge and a drop of dish soap or even with nail polish remover.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING THE Netti Li Jae® WINE BOTTLE LABEL
🍾 Your hands and the bottle should be clean, grease-free and dry, as labels generally lose their adhesive strength when exposed to moisture or grease. You are welcome to test the label (each label is applied individually to a slightly protruding backing paper) first (if it fits on the bottle, on the shape of the bottle, are the width and height correct for the bottle you have selected). Then RELEASE the wine label from its backing paper, POSITION the label on the bottle and stick the center of the label first. You can then slowly stroke the sides outwards, starting from the middle. This will give you even more support to prevent bubbles and wrinkles from forming.
🍾 Please understand that Netti Li Jae® is not responsible if a label wrinkles or bubbles when applied or removed, tears, or if the adhesive no longer adheres once the label has been removed. Even though Netti Li Jae® labels are very durable, we recommend that you handle them with care when applying them.
