No. U.S. orders are produced and shipped within the United States, so there are no customs or import charges.

Return or exchange policy

Each item is made to order in your selected size and finish, so returns and exchanges are not offered. If anything is wrong with your order, message me and I will help. If you need to change or cancel an order, message me as soon as possible. If production has not started yet, I can usually help.

If your order arrives damaged, message me with photos of the item and the packaging within 72 hours and I will arrange a replacement.

Unclaimed packages or incorrect address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, I can resend it once it is returned. New shipping fees apply. If a returned package is damaged and a reprint is required, I will confirm the cost with you before proceeding.

First, please do the following: 1. Check around the property and any safe places 2. Check with neighbors, building reception, or your local mail room 3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number and ask for the delivery scan details and GPS location, if available If you still cannot locate the parcel, please message me.

Arrived really quickly and is gorgeous. I had ordered the print before but got the wrong size. This is now sitting in my (hopefully one day)-daughter-in-law’s house and looks wonderful. Can’t wait to get a frame and get my print on my wall. Can’t recommend this shop enough. Such great service.
