Initially, we experienced some issues with wait times and a few quality assurance steps that appeared to have been missed. However, the customer service was genuinely excellent and worked closely with us to resolve the problems and reach an outcome we were both happy with. If you need a rug immediately, this may not be the right place to order from. However, if you are comfortable waiting and understand that producing a large, handmade rug (ours was 3 × 4 metres) can involve some minor issues along the way, this company may still be a good option. Final notes: • Waited approximately 4 months for delivery • Minor quality issues, which were able to be corrected • Customer service addressed and resolved the concerns

The rug was delivered a bit after the estimated delivery date. I ordered a rug with no tassels, but there are tassels on one side. It looks like the rug was unevenly shaved, I’ll have to go in & trim it myself. And I have to get it professionally cleaned because it is shedding sooooo bad.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the rug was freshly hand-knotted, some initial shedding is completely normal and will reduce quickly with regular vacuuming. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in trimming can happen, but this is part of the authentic craftsmanship and not a defect.
