Seller's description

Red and white mug featuring a sassy-looking pigeon – perfect for fans of funny, colorful Christmas designs. A fun Secret Santa gift or quirky Christmas present for pigeon lovers, bird enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys a little attitude with their holiday cheer.

The Mug
This ceramic mug features a white exterior with a colored interior and a classic C-shaped handle for a comfortable grip.
Measuring 96 mm (3.8 in) in height and 80 mm (3.1 in) in diameter, it holds 330 ml (11 oz), making it perfect for coffee, tea, or your favorite hot beverage.
The mug is microwave and dishwasher safe. While the print is of high quality, I can't guarantee how well it will withstand frequent dishwasher use over time. To help preserve the design for as long as possible, I recommend hand washing.

The Design
While looking for inspiration for a new Christmas design, I came across a photo of a young pigeon named Babette. In the picture, she is rather cheekily holding a strip of paper in her beak, pointing it straight toward the camera. I knew I wanted to capture that exact pose in a drawing – except the piece of paper quickly turned into a candy cane. Add a little festive kitsch around her, and my Christmas design for everyone who finds ordinary holiday graphics a bit too boring was complete.
Babette isn’t just the model for this design – she’s a very special young pigeon. She was found as a chick with a splayed leg and additional deformities affecting her feet. After surgery and lots of loving care, she can now use her legs normally. The little pigeon who once needed so much help has grown into a confident young bird – and to me, that personality makes her the perfect star of this Christmas design.

Actual product colors may vary slightly from the photos due to different screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.
