Do I also need to enter private trips?
No. You can record all trips or only business trips. If you select "business only," you disable gap reporting. Private mileage will then be calculated from the odometer reading.

Can I use the file for several years?
Yes. You make a copy for each year and enter the new year and the mileage on January 1st. Trips from other years are not included.

Does this fit with the EÜR (income statement)?
Yes. Under "Months" you'll find the travel expenses per quarter and year. You transfer this total as a business expense to your income statement, for example, using our income statement template.

Is this a logbook for my company car?
No, see note above. For a company car, you need a tamper-proof solution.
