Any ready to ship item may ship the day after (except weekends) carefully packaged for you. In order to keep shipping cost down for you, I place multiple items together in one package.
Other items will be shipped within 1 to 6 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of purchase date unless stated otherwise.

Most items are shipped from Italy via Priority Mail. This is the fastest method of shipment of Italian Post. These is medium delivery time for different countries:
USA, Canada, Australia: 15 work days
European Union: 7 work days
Asia, Sud America, Africa: 25 work days
For the items shipped by Registered Mail delivery time will be 1-2 weeks longer. Unlike, Priority Mail, Registered one can be tracked online.

For the items shipped from Ukraine I will use only Registered Mail with tracking number. These is medium delivery time for different countries:
USA, Canada, Australia, Europian Union: 20 work days
Asia, Sud America, Africa: 30 work days

At the moment there are possible delays due to quarantine lockdown.

In very rare cases the delivery can be delayed due to the increased workload for post during holiday period (November, December), customs procedures or postal service human error. I will not bear responsibility for delays but if after 50 work days you still haven't received your order, please, contact me and will look for a solution.
No claims are accepted after 3 months from the date of shipment.

If you prefer a shipment method other than standard one, please, let me know before ordering.

For orders shipped to Asia, Sud America, Africa or post-Soviet states I might request additional charge for registered mail.

Your items will be shipped to the address you list on Etsy or PAYPAL, so please be sure your address listed on Etsy and Paypal are correct or it may cause a delay in shipping due to me trying to clarify the correct address with you.
