Almost all orders are dispatched with UPS within 1 business day. *Shipping normally takes 1 – 2 business days to the USA. *Shipping normally takes 2 – 5 business days to Europe. *Shipping normally takes 2 – 6 business days to Australia. *Shipping to the Rest of the World takes about 3 - 6 business days. Smaller leather items that are under USD 75 will be shipped via International Standard Post "Lietuvos Pastas" unless it is paid additionally for express delivery. *Europe: 7 – 14 business days *Canada: 10 – 20 business days *USA: 10 – 20 business days *Japan: 10 – 20 business days *Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15 – 30 business days.

How can I track my order?

How do I return or exchange an item?

Local returns: Customers from US get a local return address in US; Customers from EU can choose between Lithuanian and British addresses; Customers from the rest of the world get a Lithuanian return address. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the delivery date: · The item must be in its original box. · It must be in unused condition and have all of its parts and accessories. · Postage is at buyers cost. My bag is faulty, what do I do?

In the event of a defect make contact with us first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you within 2 business days, send a replacement or suggest a repair at our costs.

How should I care for my bag?

We recommend getting a can of Time Resistance leather balsam with your bag and giving it a good rub once a month or two, depending on the frequency of use. It will moisturize the leather, keep it supple, give it a healthy shine and waterproof it.
