Diaper cover unbuttons for easy use. The waist size is adjustable. The Sock Monkey hat measures 13 inches in diameter. Adorable photo prop set for a first photo shoot. Hand wash and lay flat to dry. I received this over the weekend and it is SUPER cute. It looks exactly like the picture shown. I am planning on using it for my little guy's newborn pictures and can't wait. It looks to be really well made. :o)
