We are delighted with the berlingots and labels ordered. Virginie was quick and very accommodating. We had a problem with the 1st order (our fault) and Virginie immediately redid and shipped berlingots that we received just in time for our son's baptism. Tip: do not put sweets in kraft berlingots at the risk of staining them. We didn't know it and that's why we only put 4 stars but it absolutely does not call into question the work of Virginie.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la 1ère commande (de notre faute) et Virginie a aussitôt refait et expédié des berlingots que nous avons reçus juste à temps pour le baptême de notre fils. Petit conseil : ne mettez pas de bonbons dans les berlingots en kraft au risque de les tâcher. Nous ne le savions pas et c'est pourquoi nous ne mettons que 4 étoiles mais ça ne remet absolument pas en cause le travail de Virginie.
