We are now shipping Monday thru Friday.

Are your designs Hallmarked .925

We do not hallmark our designs. We use the same molds for bronze and 14kt gold. Hallmarking is not a requirement for small Artisans like ourselves.

What is your return policy?

Notify me within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after 14 days yet less than 30 days are acceptable for exchange only. If your order falls under the FREE Shipping mark (of $35), the refund will be less the actual shipping fee.

Do you have FREE Shipping over $35

Yes. We do! In the USA, FREE Shipping on orders that total $35 before taxes and ship fees. This does not include multiple orders totaling $35.00.

Do your Charms and Pendants come with jump rings?

Only if the listing states this. Some of our charms and pendants have the option in the listing for us to attach a jump ring which is usually an artisan handcrafted jump ring or a standard 16 gauge jump ring. If you need a jump ring, please ask us ahead of your purchase and we can set that listing up for the correct option/s.

-Finished Chains are not returnable (however, we can make adjustments for you)

This chain is hand finished by us. Adding the patina and hand brushing it with fine steel wool to the desired satiny finish. Then we burnish it to add some luster and protect the finish. This is burnished to a high shine.
