Why beads are different in color than other pieces of jewelry in same karat gold?

When beads are made they get smoothed and polished ready to be used vs other pieces of jewelry say rings, chains, clasps, earrings, bangle bracelets, chained bracelet, ...etc all of which require to be soldered and go under flames to attach them together and once that process is done they get plated in gold water than they are smoothed out polished ready to be used thus they differ in color. Also the heavier the piece more gold is used and thus ever yellower in color.

Can I replace the dented beads? How much?

Yes, you can. Depending of how many beads you like to change prices vary plus both way shipping with first class.

What is the difference between light, medium, and heavy weight beads? and which one I shall buy?

You shall buy whatever you desire in accordance to your budget. Light weight beads are the least in grams and thus easiest to be broken/dented with daily use, still very smooth shiny and beautiful. Medium and heavy weights are more resilience to dent. Heavy weight beads are even heavier than Tiffan'y beaded bracelet, Tiffan'y 7" chained with 10mm Charm 4mm bead in 18K total weight is 8.21g, norVoski 7" stretched no charm no chain heavy bead 18k 4mm is 8.45g

What do you mean by made to order ?

I DO NOT have any of my jewelry ready made. All my items are made to order. Once you place your order I wait 48hrs for it to be cleared then I start production. Some orders I start by making digital print, send that to casting, then sourcing gemstone, then setting those gemstones, lastly clean polish now its ready for shipment. This is why I request almost 3 weeks before shipping. I like to take my time and not rush your order. So please if you are planning to buy something give this a consideration and plan ahead of time.

What carrier do you use?

I only use USPS. However you can request other carries. Once the CARRIER has your package it is now their responsibility to deliver your package on the time frame they guarantee. IF THERE IS ANY DELAYS WHILE YOUR PACKAGE IS WITH THE CARRIER THAT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.

Why jewelry look different in picture than in real life.

Based on camera used, based on the lens used most of jewelry pictures appear bigger this due to the clarity, focus, and zoomed in pictures.

Do you offer insurance or signature ?

You can request both for extra fees based on the amount request. I do NOT ship with insurance nor signature. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO INSURE AND ADD SIGNATURE TO YOUR PACKAGE.
