A set of 5 large hanging ornaments, constructed in high quality copper or gold metallic card. To create these I have used a wonderful gleaming copper card teamed with strips cut from an antique copy of Shakespeare's plays. The colours tone together perfectly to create a curvy Mid Century retro-looking geometric decoration in a teardop shape.

The metallic card catches the light and throws of numerous shimmery shadows as they turn in a warm air current. They create an eye catching and highly decorative display, ideal to bring a metallic charm to Christmas, or to any special event or party.

Each one measures approximately 10 in x 10 in or about 20 cm across. Each has a metal eyelet at the top for ease of hanging.

The set comes flat packed and can be constructed in one (very) simple step. The pack contains fasteners, instructions and invisible thread so you can hang them up easily, as you choose.

A. In most cases, no, I’m sorry. Most of the maps I use are vintage and don’t show that much detail. I do have street maps of major world cities such as London, New York etc, so please do check.

Unique gift for a mid century modern home

The design of these decorations is genius. Easy to put together even for me. I hung them in my window at Christmas and the copper card caught the glow of the winter sun. Lovely quality and beautifully packaged. Might have to save up for some of the other colours!
