Dyeing without a washing machine:
Dissolve the contents of the sachet with 0.5L of hot water and soak the fabric, knitting or yarn material in warm water so that it is fully immersed. Only use enamelled or stainless steel bowls for coloring.
Dyeing cotton/linen viscose:
Pour the dissolved dye into a larger vessel, add warm water, mix thoroughly and set the fabric. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. After 30 minutes of cooking, add two tablespoons of table salt per liter of mixture and cook for 30 minutes while stirring intensively. Set the jar aside to cool to around 60°C. Then remove the fabric, rinse several times until clear water is obtained and dry.
Dyeing nylon (e.g. tights):
Before pouring into a larger vessel, strain the dissolved paint, add warm water and a tablespoon of vinegar per liter of mixture. To mix, put the fabric, stirring intensively, soak thoroughly, bring to a boil. After an hour of boiling and mixing, remove the fabric, rinse and dry several times. Do not dry in the sun or near an oven.
Machine dyeing of cotton laundry:
Can be dyed at 60 to 90 °C. Put the fabric in the drum, start a washing program between 60-90°C, after heating the water, pour the dissolved dye through the hole into the powder back to the »wash 60-90°C« cycle. After about 30 minutes, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of vinegar and repeat the wash cycle. Do not spin - hand wash. The dye does not harm the washing machine.
Danger!
The dye will not color some synthetic fibers. The content of the bag is designed to dye 0.5 kg of fabric.
