Folks, I ordered this bedding set from April Notes as a gift to my daughter. The product was lovely and high quality, but unfortunately the color was not was she was expecting. April Notes readily apologized and immediately offered a refund. The problem was that I was responsible for the return shipping costs: a bit over $85 for the slowest, tracked USPS rate. (I have to believe, but cannot explain why, that the shop did not pay anywhere near that much to ship it to us via 2-day DHL.) Fortunately, April Notes worked with us and shared the cost of returning the product. Please be careful, however, when you order product from overseas shops that make you pay the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs can be quite expensive. Not all of them may be as accommodating as April Notes.
