I had quite a few questions before placing my order, and the customer service was phenomenal. The team was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful every step of the way. Definitely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. The sweater itself is super warm and has the perfect oversized fit I was hoping for. The fabric has a bit of texture that might feel itchy to some, but personally, I don’t mind it at all. From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Highly recommend!
