Accomplished fiber artist: spinning, weaving, crocheting, knitting, cross stitch, needlepoint...etc. If it involves playing with thread or yarn, I'm there. I especially love to spin silk and believe it or not, cat hair (carefully harvested by the petting and/or brushing of many of my friend's cats) Most of the items in my shop evolved because I had a specific need that became popular and are a pleasure to duplicate. I have more projects in my head than I have hours in the day. I'm not happy unless my hands are busy. I think that I would be the happiest girl in the world if I could invent a way to work on my writing and do hand work at the same time.
