Get with your local 501st guys, send it back for us to build for you at our shop rates, we can recommend another contractor to assemble it, or sell it to someone who can.

We do not accept returns mostly because of freight costs.

Any of our prices can be changed with no warning ahead of time. Due to the timetable of these sales, 850 Armor Works cannot offer any refunds for previously purchased items for the difference in what you paid and what is on sale. Sale items and discounts are only valid for what is purchased during the sale timetable. Sorry, we do not give any exceptions. This policy also applies to discount codes that we may offer.
If you decide to try to work around this policy by making a new purchase with the sale price and proceed to ask to cancel your original order we will not refund you for either order due to sale misuse. This policy also applies to discount codes that we may offer.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the built one at a time process there may be some imperfections and variations from product to product and what is pictured in our store. We cannot offer a refund for products that have minor cosmetic paint issues, color inconsistencies, damage from shipping mishandling. If you believe that you have received a product that has a larger flaw or it was damaged in shipping please contact us at 850armorworks@gmail.com

We do update parts as needed throughout the year. Some parts may not look like the pictures, but updates mean better! We do our best to edit pictures when we start producing new parts.

We are unable to grant refunds for either orders or pre-orders after 24 hours of payment being received by us due to the cost of supplies and labor we allocate to your order after being placed. We will allow pre-orders to be turned into store credit if you change your mind about a product before we begin work on it.

Yes, if you have decided that you no longer are willing to wait for your pre-order for any reason and would rather purchase another item, please send us an email at 850armorworks@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will send you a coupon code for the amount of your pre-order which you can use towards the purchase of an item in our store.
