5 out of 5 starsLong overdue review! I love this frame so much. The shops owner was extremely helpful with picking out the right size and even calmed my anxieties that I ordered the wrong one after the purchase so customer service 10/10. Frame shipped super fast and extremely secure. Definitely a two person job to hang it but the instructions were very clear. Will definitely be back to order one for a second scarf as soon as I can!

5 out of 5 starsSeller was incredibly helpful in advising which size frame to order. Once it had arrived, it was clear that the frame had been packaged with care. The scarf I framed looks fantastic in my daughter's nursery. I will definitely be purchasing future frames from this seller! Thank you!

Frequently asked questions
For 90cm x 90cm H scarf, what frame should I use?
39x39 inch acrylic frame would fit a 90cm x 90cm H scarf. Anything bigger than this would incur additional shipping fee.
How do I determine the frame size for my scarf or artwork so it doesn't touch the hardware?
Add at least 3 inches to your artwork/scarf measurement. For example: 35x35 inch artwork would fit a 38x38 inch frame, 26x26 inch artwork would fit a 29x29 inch acrylic frame. My personal favorite though is 4 inches so it gives a nice spacing between hardware and artwork. Please ask if you need help.
Why do you have strict no return policy
I have strict return policies because I want to keep my prices low and accessible for everyone but I'm happy to recommend other acrylic frame shops that has better return policies but they will have higher prices to cover the costs of returns and restocking.
What should I do if I received damaged frame due to shipping mishandling?
Shipment must be inspected (take a picture of the box before opening) for damages or errors within 3 days of delivery date. Any noticeable damage should be photographed and reported right away. Each frame is made to order and it is inspected for quality and packed VERY(!) securely before mailing out. Mishandling of Fedex is not my fault but I can help with claims. (150+ orders so far so good) If customer fails to report the damages in that time period, they will have to file their own claims with the carrier.
What should I use to make the scarf stay in place?
The pressure of the 2 panels is enough to hold the scarf in place. Some people use acid free adhesives such as double-sided tape or the sticky dots but I haven't personally tried them. Some also add poly-batting sheet. Try at you own risk.
Why does it cost extra to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?
Fedex charges more for these locations and depending on the exact address, they can charge from $150 to $250 dollars more.
Why don't you make the 40x40 inch frame anymore?
We can still make this size 40 x 40 inch frame for you but Fedex started to charge oversize fee starting on the 40 x 40 inch size of about $150+ so I removed it on the options as it is not economical.
