Such a great experience and an even better bag. Ali was super helpful and responsive. My last minute Christmas shopping gave Ali barely any time to actually make the bag (I didn’t realize they were made to order). She knew I had to leave town and she had made it and had it shipped in less than 48 hours I think. When we had a slight problem with the clasp she responded right away. She payed for the return shipping and had it back to us with the clasp fixed in no time. I cannot express what a positive experience that was. And of course my mom loved the bag.
