1 out of 5 starsItem was pre-made ready for purchase and shipment. Store policy indicated the item would be shipped within a few days (even custom work only took 2 weeks to make and ship)... Over 3 weeks later I get an update that the item was JUST shipped with a note that read "college has taken up more of her time than she had anticipated". When questioned as to the delay, I was ignored. 4 days later a second message was sent inquiring why I was never notified my item was never shipped until nearly a month later, and the seller's second roundabout excuse for late shipment was "over the last two years she was very quick about getting orders into the mail"? So... Not adhering or honouring her own SELF MADE store policy shouldn't be my problem because she USED to ship things on time? Instead of offering any type of compensation for failing to honour her own policy, or take any type of ownership or responsibility like a responsible business owner, the seller indicated when the item arrived I could send it back and trust on 'good faith' she would refund me for everything including return shipping... Because she's been good about keeping her word so far *note sarcasm*... When confronted about not adhering to her own store own policy she said "etsy gives you 75 days to ship an item" so apparently her personal store policy doesn't even matter because she is allowed to take up to 75 days according to Etsy's policy...This seller is a joke, a waste of time, and a waste of money!
