All personalized products are not allowed to cancel/refund once we send you the Order Confirmation message. Please read our Shop Policy before placing an order. You are welcomed to check before placing order with regards to your purchase. Buyers have to take charge of tracking your own parcels. Do contact us if you need help.
All personalized orders need min. 3-10 days before we can ship your order. Usually, a month before any festive seasons, like New Year, Christmas, Father's/Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and etc, the process of preparing the order will take longer time. Do plan your personalized gift ahead :)

Processing time
3-5 days processing time for craft supply - packing - shipment
It can take longer than expected if there is shortage of stock, or due to our local festive seasons, or supply chain disruption etc. In these cases, order processing time will take min. 7 - 12 days or more. So please be understanding and bear with us if you want to place order. We do not accept any request for refund/cancellation of orders after you have received our order confirmation email.
For personalised products, please refer to each specific product descriptions for the preparation time - packing - shipment. Some personalised items may take up to 10 days. You may want to plan ahead for your personalised gifts.
Estimated delivery time
Below are the estimated delivery time provided by the post office:
Standard shipping (USPS): 5-10 days (USA only)
Standard shipping (AusPos/Aramex AU): 5-10 days (AUS only)
Standard shipping (CIRRO/La Poste): 5-8 days (European Countries)
Standard shipping (Evri/Royal Mail): 5-8 days (UK only)
Standard shipping (Canada Post): 5-8 days (CA only)
Standard shipping (China EUB): 10-15 days
We reserve the right to change the shipping services company without further notification during the shipment process if post office advise us for a suitable shipping services to avoid any custom queries.
Can I cancel my order after placing order?
You are not allowed to cancel your order once you receive our order confirmation message especially for personalised gift. To avoid any further dispute, do confirm that you want to buy the products before placing order.
Are you selling ready stock?
Yes, all products on our shop are ready stock. However, product out of stock can happen sometimes to popular items because we are also selling in China locally. We can only update the stocks system here after we get the stock status from China by end of the day.
However, we will inform you if there is any of the item is out of order. You can replace it with other items or we can process a refund to you once we ship out the rest of the products for your order.
Why we do not accept refund/return/exchange of sold items
We do all check when we receive our stocks and also before packing for delivery to customers, hence chances of defects product are near to zero.
If you do receive a defect item, please take a photo immediately after you receive the parcel, contact us and send us the photo. We will investigate and process refund of the defect item cost (exclude shipping charges) to you.
Do contact us on the day you receive the parcel or take a photo of the unopened parcel if you see the packaging boxes already torn or damage before you open the parcel.
We do not accept refund/replacement of products damaged during delivery process or, any request for refund/replacement 48 hrs after parcel has been delivered.
Undelivered parcels/Lost in delivery/Custom Issues
We will not compensate your order and shipping cost if the parcel tracking record shows the parcel has arrived in your country but not delivered to you, or showing "Delivered" but you do not receive it or, buyer gives us an incorrect/incomplete address, or buyers shift home after placing orders or, post office confirms parcels lost in delivery or, custom withholds your parcel due to your local import duties/import rules, etc as it is out of our control.
In case of parcels arrive in your country but you do not receive it, please call up your local post office and find out why. We provide tracking link and tracking numbers in our shipment message for you to track your parcel. Do take charge of tracking your own parcel till you receive it.
Returned parcels due to several delivery attemps/buyers not collecting parcel at local post service
We urge all buyers to take charge of tracking your own parcels. It is not the Seller responsibility to track for you or to make sure your local delivery service to call you. We have requested contact number in our Order Confirmation email, you can provide it to us in case of such delivery issues in your local area, your post service may call you to collect. For parcel that are sitting at your local post office, waiting for your to collect (which we do not know why), you have to contact your local post office to collect. These returned parcels issues can be avoided if you track your own parcel. We will not issue refund for any unclaimed parcel returned to us.
