Post Office sent it all over the country, sometimes twice to same place, but after inquiring about it, it finally arrived today. For custom/personalized die-cut metal signs, you'll have to ask and give us specific instructions. But once we know the details, we can have the sign cut for you!
What's the best way to hang my metal sign?
This depends a lot on the size you choose, but in most cases, double-headed picture hangers will be your best bet, like these: https://amzn.to/4uup8jP
But generally speaking, small to medium-sized nails will work fine.
Do these metal signs rust if hung outdoors?
No. These signs have a powder coat that is completely weather-resistant and long-lasting. You should not have any natural rust.
What if my order is slow or stuck during shipping?
We've recently begun using FedEx for just about all our shipments, so you're unlikely to have slow/stuck orders. The USPS has been particularly unreliable over the past few months with a wide range of delays, especially in the Midwest regions, which is where we ship from.
Can I see a mockup of my personalized sign before it's finalized?
Yes - we never process/ship a custom metal without the buyer first seeing and approving the mockup.
Can I return a personalized/custom sign?
No. Personalized items cannot be return or refunded unless they are damaged or defective UPON ARRIVAL.
Can I return a sign that has not been customized or personalized?
Yes. We accept returns/refunds of non-custom signs within 30 days of purchase.
