❖ NO DELIVERY TO PACK STATIONS AND POST BOXES.

❖ DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:
All orders under €30 will be sent by "Standardbriefversand" unless another option ("Prio"/ "Registered Mail") is selected by the buyer.

"Standard Shipping" ~ With Standard Shipping there is no liability for delays and non-deliveries. There will also be no reimbursement if the order has been duly processed and dispatched on time.

"Prio" shipment ~ "Prio" shipments normally reach the recipient the next working day. Unfortunately, it can also take up to a week (depending on Deutsche Post). There will be a shipping number as proof of shipping. Neither Deutsche Post nor I accept any liability for loss or delay.

"Einschreiben" ~ For this shipping method, a Tracking Number is provided. This is the safest mode of delivery as Deutsche Post offers a liability of up to €25 in the event of non-delivery.

❖INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please check that the delivery address is correct and complete. If a shipment is returned to me as non-deliverable, you will have to bear the costs of having the shipment sent to you again at the correct address or to another address other than the one you have provided when you placed the order. Shipping costs to re-send your order will be the same as charged for your order. This is non-negotiable.

❖ ACCURACY OF COLORS:
Colors may deviate a little, depending on the resolution settings of your computer, laptop or phone. Drop me a note and I will give you detailed information.

❖ DOMESTIC ORDERS ABOVE €30.00:
All domestic orders above €30.00 will be shipped with Deutsche Post with a tracking number.

❖ RETURNS: For returns, you will only be reimbursed the cost of your purchase, excluding shipping costs. You will also bear the shipping costs for returning the items to me.
