Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
After payment, open You > Purchases on Etsy (or the email Etsy sends you) and choose Download Files. Downloading on a computer or tablet is easier than on a phone. Unzip any .zip file before you use it.
Which apps and devices does it work with?
Every listing has a Compatibility section. Digital planners work in PDF note-taking apps such as Goodnotes, Notability and Noteful, and the e-ink versions are sized for the device named in the title. Party games open in a web browser or in PowerPoint, as listed. Spreadsheets need Microsoft Excel unless the listing says Google Sheets.
Can I edit the files?
The feud games have a built-in edit mode for questions, answers and points. Fillable PDFs let you type into the fields. Spreadsheets are fully editable. Printables are fixed PDFs made to print at home.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Message me through Etsy with your order number and what you're seeing, and I'll help you get it working or make it right. Instant downloads can't be returned through Etsy, but I won't leave you with a file that doesn't work.
Can I share or resell the files?
The files are for personal use. Using a game at your own party, classroom or office event is fine. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files themselves.
