Most of my items are printed to order in the USA (and ship internationally) with some also printed in Australia & China. Check the item description as each lists where it is printed & shipped from. If you have a specific item you want printed locally message me as it may be available but not listed in my store.

Most of my items can be customised or personalised. Just message me.

Some countries charge import tariffs or local custom duties on items entering their country (like USA & Canada). If you do receive notification, duties will need be paid at your local post or delivery outlet. Unfortunately these costs are not provided and are unpredictable so I am unable to add them to the items postage cost. Import Tariffs / duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Once an order is being printed I am unable to cancel or change anything on the order.
- If there is a print issue or item arrives damaged, please send multiple detailed photos/video of problem within 2 weeks of receiving item so reprint or refund can be issued - so contact me immediately if there is an issue.
- As I am located in Australia I am unable to accept returns for wrong size ordered or change of mind.
- If item is lost in transit & tracking shows it has not been delivered please contact me for a re-print.

Please note: Once a parcel is in the post it is out of my hands & I have no control over the delivery process, unexpected delays or weather events.

- If item tracking shows delivered but has been stolen/delivered to wrong address please contact your local post office/carrier (to make sure its not there/still on way), then report item as missing to them. Please forward copy of report to me. Alternatively for stolen parcels you can make a claim on Etsy's Purchase Protection Policy.

I am an artist & all the designs/art in my shop has been hand drawn or digitally drawn/created by me. When you place an order I send it to my print partner who prints my design onto the item you have ordered then posts it direct to you. I do not have the technical skill or machinery to print them myself.
My print partners who are professional printing small businesses located in the USA , Australia and China purchase the un-printed physical items (blanks) such as mugs, fabric, blankets, ornaments from China or Germany (unless stated on listing). I do not hand make these items.

If you have provided the wrong address or need to change the address after order is placed it may not be possible to change. I will reach out to printer & request the change but if order has progressed too far it may not be possible (or guaranteed even if changed). Once order is shipped then no change is possible at all & it is customers responsibility to contact carrier or local post office. No refund or reprint will be offered for incorrect address provided.
