By purchasing from CallisCraftHouse you consent to us using your personal information in the ways described below. To fulfill your order, I receive certain information (which you gave Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

1) To fulfill your order

First and foremost, I will automatically be given your details as part of the Etsy ordering process. For those items that are not made available as instant downloads I will use this information to send you the item(s) you ordered.

2) To contact you

I may use your contact details to communicate with you about your order, both before and after you receive your goods, or for promotional messages about offers you might be interested in where you have subscribed to my newsletter (details of how to do this are included in the message you receive when you place an order). You can opt-out of promotional messages at any time, by contacting me at calliscrafthouse@virginmedia.com.

3) For legal reasons

I may keep records of past orders in order to calculate taxes payable, file tax returns and track delivery.

I'll only keep your personal data as long as is necessary to fulfill these purposes.
