5 out of 5 starsMy familial F/O is literally the RMS Olympic, which was a REAL BOAT that actually existed. I gave the seller my self insert character’s lore with her, and she was able to use it in the letter/postcard! And it almost made me cry it was SO in-character, and it’s clear the seller did some research of her own because all I mentioned was that another boat named Mauretania was “a rival ship”, and then in the postcard I received it’s mentioned specifically that she’s from Cunard, which she is indeed! The pin and photocards and everything else were awesome, I keep the pin on my bag at all times, I’m wearing the bracelet 24/7, and one of the photocards is always in my photocard holder. There were a few issues, but they were solved!

5 out of 5 starsOH MY GOD I LOVED IT SO SO SO MUCH AUUGHHGGH all the notes were SOOO SO SWEET and made me CRY reading them. I had been in a bad mood but getting this helped soo much and turned my frown upside down! 🥹🥹The seller was also VERY sweet and made sure to keep updating me on everything. I LOVE THIS SO MUCHHH THANK YOU ZIGGY I WILL BUY AGAIN!!

4 out of 5 starsshipping took awhile (which wasn't the sellers fault) and a few items were missing, but the seller included some extra prints to make up for them. i really enjoyed the written portion of the box though, even if there were a few noticeable typos. the prints are very nice photos, although there was one duplicate, i don't mind too much

5 out of 5 starsthis had so much more writing than I thought there would be which I absolutely love! all of it was really really sweet, well writen, and just overall really authentic to his character. the photo cards are amazing quality and the pictures were super cute. I would highly recommend buying from this person because all of this was just awesome!

What are all the shipping issues?
The shipping issues you see spoken about in reviews were situations out of our hands. It was mostly issues with labels/usps, that we made sure to touch base on frequently the moment we noticed something wrong.
Is the shop communicative?
Yes! I strive to communicate as much as I possibly can and I always have. There was a small struggle for a while this year (2026) because I made the mistake of taking on more orders than I could handle and was unable to keep in touch with every customer - this was on me and I have done my best to reach out to every single customer to rectify this, check in, make sure orders were satisfactory. I am the only one who answers messages on this team, unless there is an emergency, when there were too many orders, it was something out of my hands, that has been fixed now.
Are there always delays?
No. This year seemed to be a lot of everything constantly happening all at once, including my mistake of taking far too many orders than I could handle. I work with disabilities and this year seemed to be quite a harsh turn for them, but thankfully, things have settled; I also keep communication very open for if this gets in the way. If there is an emergency, a missed ship date, etc. I have made sure that I am very transparent. Delays are not and have never been "common" for any shop I've ever run.
Is this a safe space?
CircusScriptorium will always be this type of space and have very rarely turned someone's order down. The only reason we would depends on the character given to us to write and we do apologize, because we understand everyone finds comfort and coping in different things/muses. We will ALWAYS reach out and let you know if something is out of bounds for us - it has only happened twice since our opening. Please do not hesitate to message us if you are worried of your muse being rejected; it is very unlikely.
Other communications?
This shop has always offered up the owners discord for communication. Etsy isn't always perfect at notifications and has, on occasion, eaten some of our messages to and from customers. Part of being a safe space is that we also offer this if you need someone to talk to, within boundaries, just in case. It is mostly used by customers for questions, process photos, listing ideas, updates and offers to test/review prototype ideas.
Who designed Bonbon?
Bonbon is Ziggy's creation! The story, the design, so on. However, our lovely little mascot was drawn for us by a wonderful artist known by specterologist._ on tiktok / mai_xuan on discord.
