Your file(s) are available through your Etsy account and will not be emailed to you directly. This is a misunderstanding. This shop is based in Canada and all listings are posted in Canadian dollars which is fairly weak these days. So if a pattern is listed at $10CDN the price will be converted to your local currency when you shop from your country. For example, that $10cdn would show up as about $7.50us when shopping in the USA but when you check out Etsy/Visa/Paypal will show you the currency exchange rate and the higher *Canadian price*. You are not paying anymore than you originally thought!

Ich verspreche Ihnen, dass das Drucken auf keinem meiner Muster deaktiviert ist! Aber aufgrund eines Fehlers, den ich noch nicht beheben konnte, ist das Drucken auf 150dpi (normaler, alltäglicher Druck) begrenzt und das Drucken in Fotoqualität mit 300dpi ist nicht möglich. 3500 Muster wurden verkauft und dies war nur 2 oder 3 Mal eine Ausgabe. * Ich ermutige jeden, der Probleme mit dem Drucken hat, mich zu kontaktieren, damit wir das Problem durcharbeiten und eine Lösung finden können.Ich empfehle, nur die Musterseiten zu drucken und die Anweisungen auf einem Tablet oder PC anzuzeigen. Sie sparen nicht nur Papier und Druckertinte, sondern sehen die Bilder so klar wie möglich.

I promise you that printing is not disabled on any of my patterns! But due to an error that I have not been able to work out as of yet, printing is limited to 150dpi (normal, everyday printing), and photo quality printing at 300dpi is not possible. 3500 patterns have been sold and this has only been an issue 2 or 3 times. *I encourage anyone having issues with printing to contact me so we can work through the problem and find a solution.

I recommend only printing the pattern pages, and viewing the instructions on a tablet or PC. Not only do you save on paper and printer ink, you'll see the images as clearly as possible.
